Starters / Soups:

  • Potato pancakes with salmon
  • Beef broth with garnish
  • Pumpkin soup

  • Breaded turkey escalope "Viennese style" with potato salad
  • Vegetarian Thai vegetable curry with basmati rice (also with turkey strips on request)
  • Bavarian snack buffet with Leberkas, meatballs, white sausages, cabbage and potato salad and various types of bread

The 2-course menu includes either a starter and main course OR a main course and dessert per person.
The 3-course menu incluides a starter, main course and a dessert per person.

When opting for a 2-course menu for groups of up to 15 people, please choose one menu option for all delegates, i.e. one starter and main course OR one main course and dessert for the whole group.
