In Your Room:
- All rooms in the main building with fantastic views over Lake Tegernsee and the surrounding mountain peaks.
- Free WiFi in your room and throughout the hotel.
- All rooms: 1 bottle of mineral water.
- In the De Luxe double rooms, junior suites, and senior suites, a minibar is also included.
- In the junior suites and senior suites, you will also find a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.
Food & Drink:
- Extensive, delicious breakfast buffet
(daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
On Sundays, white sausages and pretzels are also served - Complimentary specialty coffees, cocoa drinks, various Salus teas, and water available throughout the day
Spa, Fitness and Sport:
- Our sauna with lake view, where clothing is optional, is open from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and offers:
Bio sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and wellness shower
Relaxation room with breathtaking lake view and separate terrace
Free sauna towels in the relaxation room
Bathrobes and terry slippers in your room, depending on the category booked

Mobility:
- Free travel on all RVO buses around Lake Tegernsee with the TegernseeCard, which is already included in the price of your accommodation.
For Families with Children:
- Children up to 5 years old sleep in their parents' bed free of charge.
For a baby cot (up to approx. 3 years old) or an extra bed (up to 5 years old), we charge a one-time fee of €50 for assembly and disassembly.
Our breakfast buffet is free for children. - Children aged 6 to 12 years old are charged €30 per night for an extra bed, including breakfast buffet.
- Children aged 13 years and older are charged €40 per night for an extra bed, including breakfast buffet.
- In the family rooms (Berghaus), children up to 12 years old stay free of charge in an extra bed.
In addition, when booking directly with us via the hotel's website:
- €20 saving per room per night compared to all online portals
- Welcome gift: When booking online via the hotel's website, a fruit plate in your room or a drink to go
