How to get there
By car - coming from Munich, follow the signs to Tegernsee. Once there, turn left (onto Hochfeldstrasse) a couple of hundred metres behind the yellow town sign. Take the first left again (onto Karl-Theodor-Strasse). At the T-junction turn half left, not to the station but up the steep Neureuthstrasse. Follow the road for about 1.5 km and you will reach the ‘Westerhof’.
By train - From Munich there is an hourly direct service to Tegernsee.
